Returns & Replacements

Orders may be cancelled within 48 hours of purchase, except for SALE items. After 48 hours, no change-of-mind refunds are provided. If a return is approved after this period, a 50% restocking fee will apply and the customer must arrange and pay return freight.

No refunds, returns, or exchanges are available for customised items (size, colour, leather type) or SALE items, including As-Is, damaged, faulty, ex-display, or second-hand products. Returns are also not accepted if the product cannot fit through doors or access points.

Items sold “As-Is” or at discounted prices have limited warranty only, with no refund, exchange, or further repair claims once the condition has been agreed upon by the customer.

Goods Damaged in Transit

If goods arrive damaged, notify us immediately and inform the delivery driver at the time of delivery. Claims must be noted on the delivery docket or submitted through our claim form.

After reviewing the claim, Nest Furniture Decor may arrange a replacement, refund, or replacement part depending on the damage. Minor marks caused by packaging or small handmade variations in leather, wood, or glass are considered normal and not defects.

Refunds

Approved refunds will be processed by Nest Decor Pty Ltd and are usually completed within 3 days.

Delivery Charges

If a return or replacement is approved, all freight costs (to and from) must be paid by the customer. Returned items must be unused and in original condition.

Returns & Repairs

Customers may contact or visit the Nest Furniture Decor store where the item was purchased for assistance with repairs or returns. Goods must be returned within a reasonable timeframe.

If items cannot be returned due to size or installation, our Sales Team may arrange an inspection. Repair times may vary depending on part availability or other factors.

Fees may apply for labour, inspection, or freight if damage is caused by misuse or accidents or if it is not covered under Australian Consumer Law or manufacturer warranty.
