Payment
A 50% advance payment is required to place a pre-order. The remaining 50% must be paid when the item arrives at our warehouse.

Delivery Time
Pre-orders typically arrive within 8–12 weeks, but delays may occur due to shipping, customs, weather, or other circumstances beyond our control.

Order Confirmation
Once the advance payment is made, the order is considered final and cannot be cancelled.

Balance & Pickup

• Remaining balance must be paid within 14 days after arrival notification.
• Orders must be picked up or scheduled for delivery within 21 days.
• Storage fees may apply after 21 days.
• If the order is not collected within 30 days, we reserve the right to resell the item.

Returns & Cancellations
Pre-orders are treated as custom orders, therefore cancellations, returns, or refunds are not accepted, except for major faults. Store credit may apply where applicable.

Product Condition
Furniture is shipped in containers and may have minor marks from transport, which can usually be repaired for a small fee.

By placing a pre-order and paying the deposit, you agree to these terms and conditions.
